John started in community theater as a stage hand and got his first speaking part in Moonlight Theater's production of Quills. Since then he has played many character roles as policemen, truck drivers, and a cross-dressing postal worker. His favorite role was Roger Hopewell in Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 at CITG.
