Phil Dante

 

Phil is happy to return to the CITG stage where he was Juror #12 in 12 Angry Men. Phil has over 25 years of theatrical experience, beginning with the pre-Broadway run of the rock opera The Lieutenant in which he originated the role of the Prosecutor, and he followed that with numerous dinner theater and regional/community theater roles. Favorites have included Jerry in Lovers and Other Strangers, Jonathan in Arsenic and Old Lace, Charles in Pippin, Vittorio Vidal in Sweet Charity, Hal Carter in Picnic, the Sergeant in Pirates of Penzance, MacMillan in Nuts, Harry in My Fair Lady, Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, and Lancelot in Camelot. Phil served six years as President of Town Hall Community Theatre of Eastchester, for which he co-produced twelve musicals and plays.
